Invu, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the design and sale of computer software for the electronic management of information and documents. The company provides electronic management for various information and documents, such as forms, correspondence, literature, faxes, email, technical drawings, electronic files, and Web pages. It serves small and medium size enterprise markets, as well as individual departments of organizations. The company operates in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Netherlands. Invu was founded in 1997 and is based in Blisworth, the United Kingdom. Daniel Goldman is currently the non-executive Chairman.

 


BATM Advanced Communications designs and produces broadband data and telecommunications solutions geared toward the needs of enterprises, corporate and Telecom networks. Since its foundation in 1992, BATM has excelled in the design and manufacture of innovative high-performance communications equipment. Its leading edge technologies include fiber optic networking, multi-service transport, access solutions, and integrated IP voice, video and data services. BATM develops and produces an extensive line of all layer routing IP switches and muxes. Advanced optical solutions are integrated in many of those switches. Headquartered in Israel, BATM has several subsidiaries in the United States, France, Germany, and APAC. Employing over 400 employees worldwide, BATM maintains a highly integrated research and development program between all its subsidiary companies. Daniel Goldman was a non-executive director of BATM from 1999 to 2005.

 


Cadent develops cost-effective and innovative 3-D technology for the orthodontic and dental markets. The company employs proprietary software and hardware platforms that improve the efficiency and lower the cost of treating patients. Cadent currently offers several orthodontic services under the OrthoCAD brand, including digital orthodontic study models, set-up models and image-guided bracket placement technology. For the dental market, Cadent has successfully launched its intra-oral scanner capable of capturing a 3-D image of a tooth, which can be used to produce crowns or bridges using CAD/CAM equipment. While Cadent`s product is hardware and software based, its business model is built upon transaction-based revenue for every orthodontic or crown and bridge case. Cadent is headquartered in Carlstadt, New Jersey with a development center in Tel Aviv, Israel. Daniel Goldman was a non-executive board member in Cadent from 1999 to 2003.

 


Lightech is a world leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of energy-saving electronic ballasts and controllers for the lighting industry. Lightech was a pioneer in the market for electronic ballasts for low voltage halogen lamps and is a respected player in this market. The company has recently taken a leading position in the burgeoning Light Emitting Diode (LED) business, where it provides a range of innovative products. Lightech prides itself on providing feature-rich, high-reliability products. From offices in Israel, the United States, China and across Europe, Lightech services major OEM customers as well as distributors and resellers. The company has grown strongly since the late 1990s and is poised to continue this trend well into the future. Darren Rockman is currently a non-executive board member.

 


Peninsula is Israel`s leading independent factoring company. Peninsula provides cash flow solutions for expanding Israeli businesses. Its aim is to become Israel`s leading non-bank commercial finance company. Peninsula`s experienced management team has been involved in billions of shekels of financing transactions over the past decade. Businesses around the world, from large corporations to sole proprietorships, use factoring to finance the growth of their business. Peninsula is a member of the International Factoring Association, Factors Chain International and the Commercial Finance Association. In 2008, Migdal, the large Israeli insurance company, purchased a 20% stake in Peninsula. Darren Rockman is currently a non-executive board member and was a founding member of the board.

 


Xtellus is a leading supplier of reconfigurable optical add-drop multiplexer (ROADM) technology and dynamic optical modules for Agile Optical Networking systems. Agile Optical Networks are reconfigurable Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) networks that are used to provide rapid provisioning and efficient operation of triple-play high-speed Internet, video and telephone services. Xtellus’s technology is based on Liquid Crystal and MEMS-based wavelength selective switches (WSS). Xtellus products provide wavelength management functionality that allows DWDM optical networks to handle traffic without expensive electronic conversion. Xtellus is headquartered in Morris Plains, NJ, with manufacturing and development facilities in Israel and South Korea.
